Update: from Dave

Hello everyone, I'm posting on behalf of Valerie. As everyone knows from the previous post, at the visit yesterday Valerie's doctors were a little concerned because she appeared to be borderline for a lot of things and they almost admitted her. Well...late last night she was feeling a little worse, so we called the on call doc who told us to get to the hospital. Long story short, we got admitted last night and they are in the process of inducing. Valerie feels really crummy from all the meds that she has to be on and she has been poked and prodded quite a bit. The good news is that Sylvia appears to be very healthy, and she should be joining us in the outside world by late today. We'll do our best to keep everyone updated, but don't be surprised if we lose track of this, it's going to be a busy day.

That would be a very special thing for me. A new life born today to say welcome to this world and saying goodbye to my mother who passed away this morning.
Our prayers are with you three.
Lots of love,
Ria, Willem and Johan

Thank you so much for keeping us up to date! You 3 hang in there! After what you've already been through, the birthing will probably be a breeze. You know what they say about the rehearsal before opening night: the worse it is, the better the performance. We're hoping and praying for a safe passage. Happy Labor Day! We look forward to seeing a fresh batch of pictures of the three of you in the not-so-distant future! Much love! XOXO

So I know you are busy having a baby and all (oh yeah, that thing), but when you get a chance, I need your address. I have something for the baby. That you were supposed to have before it came, but you know life can be.

CONGRATS! And enjoy the ride!
