A Warm Welcome!

This morning we welcomed our first "nephew" into this world. Phil and Keeley are now the proud parents of Jack Cecil Pierre. Born at 4:15, this guy was not so little! He was 8lbs 11oz and 21.5 inches long. He is healthy and gorgeous and Dave and I are thrilled to have met him. More pictures to come at the end of the blog!

And, yes, we have a "crawler." Don't know if I mentioned this already, but she doesn't use her legs. She pulls herself around. I don't know if she will ever figure out what those legs are for. Needless, nothing is safe anymore. Below you will find her retrieving something contraband. And yesterday she was wearing this outfit. I just thought it was too stinkin' cute:
And here are more Jack pictures! Uncle Dave with his little nephew:
And the whole proud and happy family:

Jack looks to be like one sweetie. I wonder how big he'll be when full grown?

Sylvia is getting so big! Soon it will be training bras and sanitary napkins. Yikes!

I do think it will feel little again, while Sylvia is growing so much. Congrats for the new Mom and Dad.
Sylvia is really looking stinking-cute as you say it. She is crawling and I do hope you will have your eyes on the front, side and back of your head nowadays.
A very big hug for all of you.
Lots of love, Riaa
